  • Structural composition

    Main beam frame: is the main support structure of the fabric rod, usually composed of supporting Angle steel, pipe support, tie rod, main beam, etc., installed on the reverse roll support seat, can achieve 360 degrees rotation, the first two main beam upper pipe support for fixing and supporting the fabric rod transport pipeline, the rear end is equipped with counterweight frame to achieve balance.

    Balance frame: it is equipped with a weight box, which is installed at the rear flange of the main beam frame and fixed by screws to ensure the stability of the cloth rod during work.

    Transport pipeline: including solid riser, straight pipe, movable bend pipe, manual pipe, pipe card, etc. The pipe is fixed on the main beam frame. The 90° bend pipe at the back end is connected to the end of the concrete conveying pipe. The manual pipe and movable bend pipe at the other end can be distributed within 360°.

    Support seat: mainly welded by steel pipe and steel plate, slewing support installed in the lower part of the main beam frame, used to support the weight of the whole machine. The upper main beam frame is rotated 360° by the ball type slewing support of the support seat, thus distributing the concrete to different ranges.

    Working principle

    Movement of the cloth rod: The use of hydraulic cloth machine walking system, the system mainly relies on the driving wheel and driven wheel installed on the walking frame, driven by the walking motor on the walking frame, so that the cloth machine moves on the track installed on both sides of the pipe body.

    Concrete transport: the concrete is transported to the discharge platform by the mixing truck, unloaded into the hopper at the end of the material rod, and then transported to the upper part of the pouring bin number through the belt conveyor system. The distributor is manually controlled, and the control baffle on the belt conveyor is used to transport the concrete to the required parts through the trough and the sluice.

    Distributing operation: the front end of the bending pipe of the feeding rod is connected with the piping end of the concrete pump to form the conveying pipeline of the complete pumping construction. Under the pumping pressure, the concrete in the hopper is rotated through the concrete conveying pipeline, the main beam frame and the manual pipe, and is continuously sent to the distribution range of the construction site.
